Vigil Plan + Legacy Package

A deeper, extended package that brings together life review, legacy, and vigil planning to create continuity and meaning throughout the end-of-life journey. Through the life review, we explore the themes and stories that matter most, then use them to shape a meaningful legacy project and deeply personal vigil plan.

Includes:

• 10 weeks of personalized support, with weekly 60–90 minute visits (flexibly scheduled)

• Approximately 10 hours of preparation and research

• Advance directive and end-of-life planning support

• Assessment of the environment and caregiver needs, with suggestions for support

• Guidance around hospice timing, when appropriate

• A full, guided life review to explore meaning, themes, healing, and closure

• Support creating a legacy or remembrance project

• Development and documentation of a personalized vigil plan, with guidance for the care team

• Phone, text, and email support throughout the package

• One post-death call for reflection and early grief support
